The activity of antioxidant enzymes and energetic exchange date in irradiated persons as a result of the Chornobyl catastrophe with demyelinating and vascular diseases of nervous system are represented. The metabolic disturbances in depends on nosology in all irradiated patients are revealed which were more expressive due to exaggeration of inflammation reaction and energy deficiency signs and in irradiated persons with vascular diseases the depletion of blood catalase activity is detected that possible is a factor of remote metabolic effects, which could contribute to clinical course deterioration.
Key words: oxidative stress, demyelination and vascular pathology of nervous system, Chornobyl catastrophe.
