It was established that the children with MCMH, born in parents exposed in childhood in the result of the Chornobyl accident, revealed changes associated with connective tissue dysplasia not only in the cardiovascular system, but also in the autonomic nervous system, the system of hemostasis, in upper gastrointestinal tract, hepatobiliary, urinary system, locomotor system and other. Systemic nature of the pathological process causes polymorphic clinical symptoms in the presence of MCMH. Clinical polymorphism indicates a need to develop approaches to improve the diagnose, treatment and rehabilitation of these patients.
Key words: minor congenital malformations of the heart, clinical, children, Chornobyl accident.
