FEATURES OF THE STRUCTURE OF SYSTEMIC MANIFESTATIONS OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE DISORDERS IN CHILDREN FROM RADIATION RISK FAMILIES

The results of a 25-year retrospective clinical study of children from radiation risk families and their phenotypic profiles of connective tissue disorders (CTD) are presented. The high frequency of manifestations of CTD in all studied groups was detected, with the volume of CTD-depended pathology, as well as peculiarities of the involvement of body systems to CTD process having patterns and depending on both the radiation impact through the parents with increase of frequency and volume of systemic manifestations in this case, and from the gender of the affected parent, the time elapsed from exposure to the time of child’s birth and years of work in the area of the accident, with a tendency to a decrease of CTD-depended manifestations with a simultaneous increase in the number of involved in CTD process systems of organism in children born after 5 years or more after the work as Chornobyl clean-up workers.
